"Yeah, I noticed this tech is made with Cadmium, but it could be more resistance if the researchers use tungsten, then it would be even able to handle firearms." Tedashii comments rolling the tech with his fingers.

"It's fine. But that can't seriously be the reason why you gave it a 4/5"

"Well the main reason is because of its purpose, even if you make a safe room to chat in the developers would probably have a edge on you."

"Geez still very cautious aren't we Tedashii?" Li Mei comments.

"Hey! You two over here!" Jun'ichi said from afar, "What are you two doing just standing there? Come check this out!" The two walked over towards Professor Jun'ichi's booth. With a blanket covering his project.

"So this is it? This what you came here for?" Tedashii comments.

"Eh Fine! Show us! And hurry!" Annaisha comments telepathically to Tedashii and Li Mei.

"I've been waiting awhile for this, though it's incomplete, there's only one thing I need left, and I will make this city a better place for everyone." Jun'ichi comments starting deeply after the project.

Others began to gather behind the three as it was time to show home his latest project.

"Everyone gather here for future, of Academy City!" Jun'ichi said spiritual, posing convincing towards his center crowd. "Today I will be representing the avatar of all Espers, one that can guide students into developing their esper abilities for those who struggle to reach level 5! I presented the students their own teacher!" Jun'ichi pull the blanket revealing a clear feminine doll.

"Wow! This might take first place this year!" A commentator, notes.

Hisoka listening to their conversations and quickly brushed it off, whatever he's not that great! Hisoka mumbles. "And anyways, Bruh looking like a simp as usual huh Jun'ichi-sensei"

"Go ahead touch it!" Jun'ichi said staring at Tedashii. Tedashii walked up slowly poking it with his finger. The doll brighten up lighting up purple.

"RAM." Tedashii comments, looking back at Jun'ichi, Radar-absorbing materials, special class of polymer that convert radar electromagnetic energy to some other form of energy, heat and thereby improve the stealth of military aircraft."

"That's correct but this RAM has a little touch to it Jun'ichi comments looking back at the crowd, true I emitted RAM but that's only to absorb the energy field, an esper such as yourself emitted a diffusion field known AIM. That doll is an esper as well."

The crowd started speaking boldly there were completely puzzled. "No way and esper ability?"

Everyone began to clap with as he Jun'ichi bowed thanking his audience.

As the crowd began to spit a big man in a black suit messy medium hairstyle after patiently awaiting the crowd's depart approach the remain three. Li Mei eyes widened as the man took a good look at the doll.
