Alternative Universe

I sat down on a stone. We have been wandering through the desert for what feels like days now. Lucifer made it clear that he wouldn't kill me because he needed me. I'd rather have him kill me thought. 

Lucifer "Elena, not to be critical, but if we are ever gonna find a way out of here, uh, you gotta pick up the pace. We got a lot of ground to cover, okay?"

Me "what do you mean with "we"? you're gonna kill me anyway"

Lucifer asked me confused "Why would I kill you? "

I looked at him just as confused. 

Lucifer nodded "Oh, that's right. 'Cause I'm evil."

I rolled my eyes, annoyed. 

Lucifer " Yeah, let me tell you a couple of things, all right? You don't get to defy God and beat the Cage without having a modicum of intelligence, all right? A game plan, i.e., I don't want you dead because I need you alive. All right, look, yeah, in a perfect world, I would probably kill you and your plodding friends. But life isn't fair. Your little boyfriend and your little one night stand.."

I raised an eyebrow.

Lucifer "they have my boy.  So I'm gonna exchange you for my son."

I shook my head "You can't possibly care about raising a child. you don't even know how to take care about anything"

Lucifer nodded  "Oh, you have no idea what I care about."

Suddenly a fireball came flying to us and i jumped out of the way. 

There was smoke everywhere. 

I looked at the hole the fireball made in the hill. 

Lucifer was distracted and i took that as a chance to run away.

I stopped walking when i heard a gun cock.  

Then i turned around and saw a hunter aiming a shotgun at me. 

Hunter "Who the hell are you?"

Me "Elena. Elena Singer. I'm a hunter"

Hunter "Doubt it. Come here."

I took a step closer. 

Hunter "You don't walk like an angel. They all walk like they got sticks up their asses."

Then he threw some holy water at me "Not a demon neither."

I nodded "I told you."

Hunter "I ain't never met a female Hunter. Not many women, period, since the wars began."

I asked confused "wars?"

Hunter "What rock you been under?"

I shook my head "i am not from around here. I don't know anything. I just got attacked by some kind of fireball or something."

The hunter chuckled " Angels, yeah. Always takin' shots."

Then he took a step closer to me "Maybe I can... help you find your way.
"

I took a step back "I'll pass, thanks"

suddenly he grabbed me "Let's keep this friendly, huh?"

I twisted his arm but he twisted me around so i fell on my back. I groaned out. 

The hunter went to shoot me but i saw a hand piercing through his torso, killing him. 

Lucifer stood there"You're welcome. "
