Error #3 {Busy}

I'm so sorry guys. I feel so incredibly guilty it's unreal. This week we have been having a house clear out so basically we have been sorting the garage and the attic, chucking stuff etc... and I'm pretty much the only child that's been willing to help my parents so I've been pretty busy. And the only break I took i went to my best friend's for her birthday so...yeah.

I do feel bad though. I got some comments on the last chapter asking for an update and telling me they couldn't wait for Sunday... :-(

But...but...but, to help with the wait as I am busy typing, I give to you a tiny extract from the epilogue of this story.

I wasn't sure why we made the trip. It would only bring back bad memories. Then again, the memories had already been triggered. That's why we were there, I supposed.

Everyone felt slightly differently about him. Especially now that news had started to reach us about what he'd been up to in the last five years. Most were rumours, sure. We couldn't be certain that any of them were true. But we had to be prepared for anything to come to light.

Thalia and Grover didn't join us. They left the camps behind too in a way. Grover threw himself into his Lord of the Wild duties. Don't think, keep busy was his coping mechanism, I guess. Thalia made sure that the hunters didn't approach the two camps. No body has seen them in years. Distancing herself was probably what she thought was best.

I thought, for my lifetime at least, there would be peace. □ Instead, there we were, stood outside a Manhattan apartment in the rain, waiting for someone to answer the door.

I had to omit some paragraphs and a little section (□) that gave too much away, but I hope it intrigues you nonetheless.

All that aside, I have decided to redesign the cover for this story. The current one doesn't include the right characters on the cover and looks a little...haphazard. This is the current design I am toying with:

As a fun bonus question, if you were to rename New Rome, what would you call it?

Okay, that's it for now. Hopefully I can get the next chapter out this week. Although we are still doing some clearing so I'm not sure...

Either way, the week after will definitely be an update and if I can manage...a double update!!!! Wow. That's a big goal to set myself. Oh well.
