After two hours of wardrobe swapping and makeup changes, Joey and I sit down with a reporter. Joey and I say our answers in English but he later translates them in Spanish so it's easier when they write their article.

"Hello, Miss Jackson and Mister Easterbrook. My name is Billy Lopez, I hope you're comfortable because this is going to be interesting. First things first how did you two meet."

I answer this question, "I had just moved out with my ex-boyfriend and Joey had a room in his apartment so I flagged him down until he agreed to keep me."

"And Joey how did you feel when you met Isabella?"

I cut in, "please call me Izzy."

Billy nods and Joey replies, "I thought she was a crazy girl who was probably kicked out by her parents. I rejected the chance for her to stay with me and I went on a jog. She followed me. I thought she was crazy so I ran, I'm a pretty fast runner so as she kept my pace I was shocked. I even jumped over a fence and she did the same with ease. That's when she told me that she was Isabella Jackson and we were chased by a group of kids."

Billy jots down this information even though he's recording the whole thing. "The thing the world wants to know is if you two are an item?"

I look at Joey and he looks at me. We both turn to Billy and say, "we are just really good friends."

This is well... awkward.

"So we have all seen Andre de Grasse has his full support on your upcoming race against Amarion Jacobs can you tell us about it?"

I take the lead on this, "this is a charity event, there is no feud. We will gain sponsors and money for our selected charities. I can't share much right now but I'm very excited about this project."

"I see you've recently got a tattoo, it matches De Grasse's tattoo. Would you guys tell us the meaning?"

"It's a secret, but if you figure it out there shouldn't be anything that holds you back." I beam.

"Izzy are the rumours about Amarion Jacobs being abusive the truth behind the reason you broke up with him?"

I knew this was coming.

"Abuse is a large accusation. Amarion was the perfect guy to me until the truth came out. He was caring and mindful. But now we really aren't on good terms. What he did broke me into pieces but I know a friend who is slowly putting them back together."

"Joey, you have recently been named one of the most attractive male athletes right now, the people want to know if you are single?"

"I am single, but I do have my eyes on somebody right now."

Billy looks like he's actually enjoying talking to us, "hmm, so can you tell us who the special one is?"

"I think I'd like to keep that a secret, I will say that she's definitely a she-wolf, an alpha woman, who is starting to find herself again."

"Mysterious, we love it."

"How about you Izzy? Any lucky guys out there? There are videos of you dancing with a guy at a club?"

I don't know why but I laugh, "yikes that guy at the club is not important or relevant to me at all. But a lucky guy? Yep sure is lucky. I definitely make life more interesting, and I believe he should appreciate it. I'm joking. I'm very much single Billy."

"And the last question where do you think your partnership will lead to?"

We both grin like idiots.

I start, "three."

"Two," Joey continues.

"One..."

Together now, "the world stage."

I totally wasn't watching work it while writing this chapter....A Ha Ha

Okay but we get serious after this chapter 😂
