"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" I screamed in pain as I kneeled down to the ground.

All I could hear was my breathing, the beating of my heart and the curling screams that are coming from my own mouth.

I turned around to see the mutant retreat and I got a little relieved as I crawl to the tree near me and leaned there.

"Aaaahhhhh!!!" I screamed again.

"Naveen! Mady! Help me! They're coming!"

My belly was hurting and my body was going tense.

I'm going into labor.

"Naveen!" I yelled again and saw a blurry silhouette walking towards me, one was running.

I try to make out their faces but my eyes were about to close.

I try to hold on as I recognize them getting closer.

"Mady! Naveen! Thank goodness!"

Mady ran up to me and checked me for any injuries or bruises.

"Are you hurt?!" Mady frantically said.

"Aahhhhhh!!!!" I yelled in pain. "They're coming!"

"Naveen let's carry her back to the house!"

Naveen shook his head. "No time. Just do it here. You can do it, Sera." Naveen kissed my head. I nodded and he was beside me holding my hand.

"Breathe Sera! Breathe! In and out!"

I took quick deep breaths and clutched Naveen's hand as I pushed.

"Ahhhhh!"

"Come on baby, you're doing great."

"Last one, Sera. Three two one...push!"

"Gaahhhhhh!!!"

"The first baby's out. Last one Sera."

"You can do it, baby. Come on"

I yelled as I feel it crowning.

I feel like dying...

"Naveen! Make it stop!" His expression from calm turned to hurt and worry.

"One more, honey. One more push." He encouraged me

I kept pushing

Mady was trying to stay calm

Naveen was getting more and more worried

But I managed to get the baby out.

"There...there" Mady hesitantly said

She checked on the twins and started to lightly tap their cheeks.

"Naveen..." I tried to call him and he smiled before hugging me.

"Good job, baby. You did it." He kissed me and I gave him a big smile.

"Mady, give me my babies." I happily asked Mady.

She looked at me with an uneasy expression.

"Give me a second..."

She started to do CPR on both twins using her fingers as she pushed down on their chests.

"They're not crying...they haven't been crying!" My voice started to break. My heart fell to my stomach as the tears gathered up in my eyes.

"Mady...they're gone." Naveen said plainly with a straight face.
