All the way back to the hotel, I walked in front of Aro and to his credit, he didn't even try and talk me out of what I was about to do.
I think he figured saying something to me just wouldn't solve anything.
I stormed up the stairs, all the way back to my room where, probably a bit too aggressively, I stormed in, slamming the door in front of Aro before he could even walk in.
Don't think he saw it coming really.
The others stood death-like, staring at me with so much shock that they didn't ask if Aro was okay when he walked in through the door.
But then I saw it.
A bright golden line, leading straight towards Marcus.
