Steven is lying in bed, staring at the ceiling and trying to sleep for the night. He slowly drifts off to sleep, but then snaps himself back awake. He turns to look at the Temple Gate's warp pad, when the kitchen refrigerator suddenly opens, startling him...

Steven: Aaah! Amethyst!

Amethyst (munching on food from the refrigerator*) Hey, Steven! Want some macaroni cheese?

She continues munching and steven sighs. As Amethyst returns back into the temple, and halts her...

Steven: W-wait! I can't sleep.

Amethyst: Why? Are you scared of that thing you saw warping right into the house and attacking you in your sleep?!

Steven:... No...?

Amethyst: Oh, good! Good. Nighty night! Don't let the warp monster bite!

She blows a raspberry and laughs loudly as she enters her room

Steven sighs, arms himself with a water gun and stands on guard at the front door...

Steven: Looks like I'm not sleeping tonight.

Time Skip*

It was now early in the morning. You now take your bath and heading to the big donut..

You now see Sadie and Lars at his phone...

Sadie: Hi, y/n. What can we get for you today?

You: Hi sadie, hi lars. So, how's summer?

You: Oh, and ill have six donuts and two coffee, please.

Sadie: Neh, not much. You know, same as usual, working and (glares at lars*) not slacking off.

Lars: Huh, what?

You: (chuckled a  little*) What about you lars? Found those beach city babes that you are talking about

Lars: Oh, where do i begin? There are so many of them, but they are pre-

Sadie: And im now getting your donut and coffee, y/n.

You: Okay sadie.

Lars: Anyways, what about you y/n? Do you have any girlfriend? (smirks at you*)

You: I don't want to have a girlfriend right now. The last time i had one. She cheated on me.

Lars is now surprised at you. He has now a huge respect from you.

Lars: Daanngg.. Respect.

Sadie now arrives with your six donuts and puts it in a bag.

Sadie: Here you are y/n. Six donuts and two coffees.

You: Thank you, sadie. (You now grab the bag*)

Sadie: By the way? Why are they two coffees? Is it for you alone?

You: Not really, i will go to steven's house and hang out with him. And i thought to surprise him by a little breakfast.

Sadie: Aww, that's sweet y/n.

You: How much does it cost?

Sadie: Let's see... About 75 dollars

You: I see, here.

You now put a 75 dollar bills on their reception desk. Sadie now collects it and puts it in a cash register.
