"But your Honor, Atty. Ramirez has no evidence to show us all, the Alibi is just a detail of what happened, but the evidence is the one that can tell if the person is guilty or not" sabi nung isa sa mga prosicutor na naglilitis sa kliyente ko

"Prosecutor Lee, So far we have no evidence or proof that he actually killed the victim, but yesterday i went to the japanese restaurant where he ate, i checked the CCTV CAMERAS and the time, and i saw my client eating at 3:30 in the afternoon " paliwanag, at talaga nakita ko ang kliyente ko sa cctv na kumakain ng japanese traditional food at ang oras 3:30 pm, namatay yung lalaking negosyante ng bandang 3:40 pm, sa tingin ba nila makakain agad yun ng clien ko ang inorder nya makakapunta ba sya agad sa lugar kung saan namatay ang negosyanteng yun.

"But you know Atty. Ramirez our policy, if you dont have any evidence to prove us, we cannot say that a client is guilty or not guilty" sabi nung judge sa akin at napatango naman ako

"Unless you have a witness" wala sa sariling sabi ko

"Witness? Your so fast to find a witness huh" nakangising sabi ni Prosecutor Lee, pero nginisihan ko lang den dya

"Yes your Honor" magalang na sabi ko at saka tumikhim at nagsalita ulit "and yes! we have no evidence can show, but we have a witness" nakangising sabi kobat itinuro ang babaeng papalapit na samin "she can tell you what really happend that day and time" sabi ko ulit at mukang nagulat si prosecutor lee, akala nya siguro eh nagloloko lang ako

"Prosecutor lee, so what if this is the first hearing, here is my client's witness, so she can tell us the truth and end this case" nakangising sabi ko, nandito na nga naman kase yung witness ng client ko tapos ayaw pa nila ipasabi kesyo ito ang unang hearing

"Prosecutor lee, Atty. Ramirez is right, the witness of her client can tell the truth and what happend" pagsang ayon sakin ng judge at tumango naman sakin yung judge at sinasabing pagsalitain ko na yung witness

"Your Honor, this is Mrs. Tonia Red my client witness" pagpapakilala ko sa witness bago ako lumapit sa babae "Mrs. Red, can you please tell to us what happend" tanong ko sa witness

"July 23 2020, thursday 3:30 pm, me and my cousin went to the W COMPANY, Mr. Winslet company " paunang sabi ni Mrs. Red "I am waiting my cousin in the parking lot of Mr. Winslet Company, we were there because my cousin had a business meeting with one of the stock holders there, while i was waiting in the parking lot, i decided to go for a walk first because it was tiring to wait, and when i was quiet close to the exit of the parking lot, i saw Mr. Winslet as if arguing with a man in pure black clothes and wearing a black mask all over his face, and only the man's eyes could see, a few minutes later i saw the man pull out a gun and no doubt shot Mr. Winslet in the head, and when he was sure it was dead, then he left the parking lot as if nothing had happened and just a few minutes later, i saw Mr. Ford at 4:10 in the afternoon and he tried to help Mr. Winslet, but the Bodyguards of Ms. Winslet suddenly came and arrested Mr. Ford without knowing that it only help their boss" sabi ni Mrs. Red and is Mr. Ford ang client ko, sana masabing not guilty tong kliyente ko para matapos na ito
