Chapter 30:

{Noah's P.O.V}

I can only imagine how Nat feels, that stuff was scary shit. The only thing she isn't going to know that my parents know and i do too. Is that during the heart transplant the messed up and i died during the transition but they fixed it right away so i lived. Nat is still sleeping, she's so adorable.

"Hey Noah" Cass said

"Hi" i smiled

"Football is weird bro" Austin said

"Why's that?" i asked

"Your not there" Alex said coming into the room

"Where's Justin?" I asked

"Oh he went to Cuba" Cass said

"He didn't say bye" i laughed but coughed too

"You okay?" Cass asked

"Yeah, just coughing" i said coughing again.

"Dude" Austin said

I couldn't stop coughing. I felt someone lightly rubbing my back. I then heard the button being pressed.

I looked over and saw Natalie's scared look but smiling over it.

A doctor rushed in and Natalie got up off the bed

{Natalie's P.O.V}

He was coughing a lot when i woke up and it scared me so i pressed the button. The doctor came rushing in and i got off the bed so i was out of the way.

"With the new heart it's going to take while to get use to so he just needed to oxygen tank. He should be okay" the doctor said then left.

That scared me a lot

"I need air" i said getting up and leaving to go outside.

Once i got outside i saw Dave and Kathy pull in. Their off early

"Noah had a coughing attack not to long ago" i said to Kathy who was close enough

"Is he okay?" Dave asked

"Yeah he's fine now" i said

"Alright i need to talk to Noah" Kathy said

We just got back and i went and sat beside Noah on the bed, held his hand while i rested my head on his shoulder.

"Look, Noah i know this is a bad time to tell you this but it needs to be done" Kathy said

"We got a divorce" Kathy said flat out.

"What?" Noah asked with sadness in his voice

"It had to be done" Kathy said

"Where are you moving dad?" Noah asked Dave

"Toronto with Alyssa" he said

"When?" Noah asked

"End of the summer" he said

"I got to go" Dave said getting up out of his chair. he kissed Noah's forehead then messed up his hair.

"I love you" Dave said to Noah

"Love you too" Noah said back

"Call me later" he said

Noah nodded

"Bye Dave" Austin, Cass and I said

"Bye" he said then left.

I looked over and Kathy was tearyeyed.
