Lily watched sadly as her grown son approached her, he was now officially graduated from Hogwarts...where the time had gone she couldn't say

He now stood an inch and a half taller than her, still much shorter than James but taller than her

"Harry I'm so proud"

She pulled her son into a tight hug

Harry smiled and kissed her cheek

"Thanks mum"

James pulled Harry into a hug, "you finally did it kiddo"

Harry smiled and hugged his dad tightly

"So you're gonna be an auror huh?" James asked as he messed up Harry's hair

Harry nodded and smiled, "that's the goal dad"

James grinned, "i have no doubt in my mind you'll do it then"

Harry blushed, "thanks dad"

Lily felt tears form in her eyes as she stared at her full grown son...they'd finished, he was a grown man now

Harry smiled softly at both of them looking filled with pure joy

Lily gently brushed a stray hair out of his face, "you're all grown up...my handsome boy..."

"Mum don't cry" Harry said as his cheeks burned a bright shade of red

Though Harry saying that only made everything worse

Lily began to sob and Harry pulled her into a hug, "it's okay mum...I er I'm still your little boy"

Lily pulled away and wiped her eyes, "oh Harry...I'm so so so proud of you"

Harry smiled and kissed his mother's cheek, "thanks"

"Harry!"

Harry turned and walked quickly to Ginny hugging her tightly and placing a very long kiss to her lips

Lily and James watched happily as Harry took Ginny's hand and walked along, knowing well that they'd done good by Harry
