I've been working on an article for a magazine, if it receives well reviews then they'll hire me. It could be the first step to getting my book published, so I've been stressing about it and am going to stay up all night working on it
"Helllooo wonderful boyfriend of mine- or should I say Author nim?" Huening Kai enters the room with a cup of chocolate milk and a banana muffin.
"Hi" I take off my glasses and rub my tired eyes.
"How's it going?" He asks me, setting the muffin down on my desk and giving me the chocolate milk that I chug down.
"Stressful" I admit
"I'm proud of you" he runs a hand through my hair.
"Thank you"
"Why? You're the one working hard"
"Your support means so much" I lean towards him, resting my forehead on his stomach.
They ended up loving my article and I got the job.
