You say you are beautiful
But can the blind see your beauty?
You say you are eloquent and your speech is wonderful
But can the deaf hear your fluency
You say you are a genius and your intelligence can leave people dumbfounded
But can the dumb understand you?
You say you are a good cook topped with good looks
But do you quench the lips of the thirsty
Or your food is just tasty?
You say you are brilliant and bright
But can the blind see your eyes
You say you are strong
But can you see when you are wrong
Can the handicapped benefit from your strength?
