I will admit that lacrosse practice is pretty intense.

   Couch is intense.

He yells most of the time, which is not good for his blood pressure and his throat.

Right now he has the boys running laps.

"Come on dad. Just drink some tea it will make your throat feel batter." I try to persuade him to listen.

"I don't want that. I have my coffee." He grumpily says.

"One drink. Then you can yell to your hearts desire."

"Fine." He says and takes a huge gulp of it. "Not to bad." He says, before looking back to the players.

"Let's go! One-on-one from up top!" He yells.

"Look at Jackson. He seems relly determined today." I point him out, but coach glares.

"Jackson! Take a long stick today." He says before Jackson grabs a long stick.
"Atta boy! That's how you do it!"

I catch Greenburg staring at my ass again and roll my eyes. Coach also notices and glares at him.

"Greenberg, take a lap! Let's go! Faster, Greenberg! Let's go!"

I quickly scan the area to see Stiles and Scott slacking.

"McCall, what are you waiting for? Let's go Hey, McCall! Hey, McCall!"

Scott starts running and coach just shakes his head. Oh no. Scott tries to go past Jackson, but he ends up on the ground.

"My-my grandmother can move faster than that-- and she's dead! You think you can move faster than the lifeless corpse of my dead grandmother?" Coach asks still yelling. So much for getting him to calm down.

Scott sighs, "Yes, Coach."

" I can't hear you!"

Scott grits his teeth in anger, "Yes, Coach!"

"Then do it again! McCall's gonna do it again! McCall's gonna do it again! Let's go!" I rush to Scott hoping to calm him down in case he lashes out, as he knocks Jackson down.

"Scott? Scott, you okay?" Stiles asks him.

   "Get away from me!"

"Yeah, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!" I hear coach yell out.

"I can't control it, Stiles! It's happening!"

"What? Right here? Now?... Come on, get up." Stiles almost freaks, as he takes him to the boys locker room.

"Scott just breathe I will handle my father." I smile at him and he nods his head.
