Chapter 3

FIARRA’S POV

"Señora, despierta."

Translation: "ma'am, wake up."

Nagising ako ng maramdaman ko ang bahagyang pagtapik sa aking balikat. Iniangat ko ang aking mukha mula sa pagkaka-dukdok sa mesa. Kinusot ko ang aking mga nanlalabong mata habang humihikab.

"Lo siento si te desperate, señora." Paumanhin ni Risia.

Translation: "I'm sorry if I woke you up ma'am."

I smiled at her, "está bien, qué hora es?" Tanong ko.

Translation: "it's okay, what time is it?"

She looked at her smart wrist watch. "Ya son las diez de la Mañana, señora." She answered.

Translation: "it's already ten o'clock in the morning ma'am."

Nagsalubong ang kilay ko. "Es muy temprano, por qué me despertaste?" Muling tanong ko bago nagpakawala ng isang mahabang hikab.

Translation: "it's too early, why did you woke me up?"

"La gerente del restaurante estrella ilamó. ella digo que recesitaba hablan cantigo en persona." She explain.

Translation: "the manager of the Star restaurant called. She said she needed to talk to you in person."

Besides from being a doctor, I also have my own restaurants located in different countries, the Star restaurants. I also have my own resorts and dressing company. I am rich and well-known person especially here in Spain.

I bit my tongue. "Llama la. Dile que renga a mañana a las ocho en punto de la mañana." I commanded.

Translation: "call her. Tell her to come here tomorrow at exactly eight in the morning."

Risia nooded, "Lo haré ahora, señora." She took her phone out of her pocket and began dialing. Wala pang isang minuto ay may kinaka-usap na ito, panigurado akong ang manager na ng restaurant ang kausap nito. Saglit na natapos ang tawag.

Translation: "I'll do it now, ma'am."

"Señora, ya dije lo que quería decile." She said.

Translation: "ma'am, I already said what you wanted to say to her."

'Tinuro ko ang pintuan. "Puedes irte ahora."

Translation: "you may go now."

Bahagya muna siyang yumukod bago tuluyang umalis.

Muli akong dumukdok sa aking mesa. Saktong ipipikit ko ang aking mga mata nang biglang tumunog ang aking cellphone.
Kinapa at kinuha ko sa loob ng aking bag ang patuloy na nag-iingay kong cellphone.

I answered it without looking who's the caller.

"Hello, who's this?" Tanong ko.

"Hey there my princess!" Masiglang wika mula sa kabilang linya.

Napaayos ako upo. Tiningnan ko kung sino ang caller.

"Daddy?!" Parang batang saad ko.

I heard him laughed from the other line, "yes it's me my princess, miss me?" He ask.

"So much, I miss you so much dad! Where's mom?"

"We miss you too princess, your mom is in the kitchen right now. She's busy cooking something." Tukoy niya kay mommy.

Kanghyun byeol, he's my dad. He's a pure korean. Malapit siya sa akin, well even my mom. I'm an only child kaya they're taking care of me so much.

"God knows how much I love to see both in person dad." I said.

"Why don't you come here my princess?" He stopped for a while "it's been three years since we seen each other in person, ayaw mo naman kaming papuntahin diyan." He said.

"Dad you know I can't."

"Princess, you don't need to hide from your past, you need to face it. You need to face him." He paused, "you're the one who run away from him with unreasonable reasons right? Face your fears. You can't hide forever from your unforgivable mistake Fiarra Charlotta Shryte Vasquesa Byeol."

I took a deep breath "I'll think of it dad."

"Okay, I need to hang up na. Take care."

"Yes, I will. Love you dad, please tell mom that I miss her and I love her so much"  I said

"Sure I will. I love you too, Bye." He said before ending the call.

Ibinalik ko ang aking cellphone sa bag. Naalala ko ang sinabi ni dad a while ago.

"Princess, you don't need to hide from your past, you need to face it. You need to face him." He paused, "you're the one who run away from him with unreasonable reasons right? Face your fears. You can't hide forever from your unforgivable mistake Fiarra Charlotta Shryte Vasquesa Byeol."

I laughed... They still know nothing. You're wrong daddy, I'm not afraid to see him or them. Marami lang akong inaasikaso ngayon. They can wait. The demon can wait for me to come back. I'm going to make sure na mas gagawin kong impiyerno ang pagkatao niya and I'm going to make sure that I'll make the demon's life experience more than a living hell.
