How he died
Since he's blind, someone would definitely try to get him alone and go for him in the earlier stages of the killing game , if you're missing one sense the rest are heightened and trained in it's place though, so in this case he could hear movement coming from behind him. So in a moment of confusion he'd turn around and try to at least pause imminent demise. He'd be found sitting in one of the restaurant/ dining hall chairs with his head down on the table, people would just think he was sleeping if it weren't for the slight blood pool. Or he'd be found in the middle of dorm hallway with a blow to the temple from a sharp object

Execution title: Junpei Nakamura's deal with the devil

Junpei is dropped into a casino like scene, sitting on a barstool at one of the gambling tables. A monokuma with devil horns/tail and a pitchfork comes up and sits across from him and he plays a couple of rapid fire matches. Unfortunately for him he ends up losing the match pretty early on, and for punishment, the devil monokuma stabs his pitchfork into the ground and pulls it like a lever. Which drops Junpei down into a pit of fire

His weapon of choice would be a baseball bat if he had to pick
Sometimes he has to go along the wall if it's an unfamiliar room

Backstory: His parents owned a pretty popular bar, and would work a lot of the nights, sometimes coming home completely trashed as well on nights that they didn't work. Being the oldest of 4 siblings in that situation, can be a difficult task. It's not like his parents would abuse them or something, oh no! They were still decent people even when they were drunk actually.Though they would take him along to the bar and leave the rest of his siblings home since he would be the next to be the owner and all of that jibber jabber. There was a couple of nights a week where an older woman would come in, and she did seem to take a liking to Junpei..not in the way you're thinking. She just liked talking to the, 13 year old at the time, she even taught him close to everything he knew actually. About a month later, when he was dealing for a game, one of the usual drunks ended up getting angry for 'dealing him a bad hand' red flag, immediately right, yeah, the guy ended up batting him in eye with the bottle he'd been drinking out of and, here he is today with barely working vision.
