The class decided to throw a Halloween party at the dorms, or maybe even in their classroom, it's a simple after school event and everyone's allowed to dress up to get in the spirit.
Daichi would dress up as a zombie, probably dressing in an old set of his usual surfing stuff
Eiko would be some kind of robot
Ishii would really just go with whatever someone told him to dress up as, or go with something to pair with a friend.
Junpei would probably be something card related (like King of Hearts, some kind of magician, thief, etc)
