(Based of of Ronpa and friends, an instaronpa that's a really good read!)
Something..bad, happened right before (C) was executed, the killer trying to take someone down with them..that person being (A) of course, since they had been at each other's necks for pretty much the whole killing game up to this point. Whether that be them attempting to strangle, stab, bludgeon, or anything of the sort, it ended up leaving a massive mark on (A). After the execution, (B) puts a hand near the wound by accident (putting a hand near their neck by accident, patting them on the back, grabbing their wounded wrist, etc), and sends (A) into a panic attack..so now they (and maybe others), are stuck trying to calm (A) down.
