In the world of a reset, where the killing game never happened, they all have memories of it happening in another timeline though.
Some people more than other people.
(A) and (B) are out on a date or something when (A) starts having a (stomachache, migraine, something to do with how they died) and (B) has to help them through it.
Daichi's would resemble a panic attack, where his throat feels like it's closing and stomachs pains
Eiko's legs would go numb and he'd have to sit down and wait for it pass
Ishii's would most likely trigger when he hears glass break, his eyes would burn, he can't get himself to talk and wrists would hurt really bad.
(Based off a tumblr blog called ask the dr reset kids. It's actually a pretty funny one so i highly suggest it)
