Jirou's English was good because of all the songs she sings, listen to and sometimes writes that are in English.

It was funny because she have black mail... like how both All Might and Present Mic swears in English when they think people who can't English aren't nearby. 

Jirou sings inappropriate songs in English and.. It's funny when Denki starts singing it under his breath, especially during English. Mic's reaction was always funny.

Kaminari tilted his head to the side.

"Kyoka sings them so they can't be that bad right?" Kaminari mumbled.

"Jirou sings these songs and then they get stuck in your brain?" Yamada asked.

"Yea! The songs have a good beat!"

"... next time, translate the lyrics before you sing them"

"Okay!"

"Good, now run along" Yamada patted Kaminari's back and he walked out.
