Chapter Twenty Nine-birthday surprise

Start from the beginning

"Spa, lunch then shopping."
She turns right on the up coming road.

I've been trying to make her spill the beans for the entire fifteen minutes but she won't budge. Maybe there is no surprise birthday party after all.

"On you right?"

"Obvious. It's your birthday, so why not spoil you?"

Not one of my girls have wished me a happy birthday, which is weird since they were all annoyingly excited.

"We are here," she mutters and heads out.

We walk in complete comfortable silence, which I don't mind since it's giving me some time to appreciate the classy expensive beauty spa.

The place is completely empty and I'm predicting she might have booked the entire spa for the both of us. I'm glad she did though, because I realised how much I needed this massage.

"I think I'd enjoy living like this eveyday," I mutter sipping my glass of wine and letting the sun burn my skin as I'm placed comfortably on the floating round ball in the swimming pool.

This is totally refreshing.

"Patience my dear," she giggles.

"Oh I'm patient dear. Either way how is he?"
She knows who I'm talking about, no need to even elaborate further.

"He's fine," she mumbles.

Is that it? That's actually all I'm receiving from her today?

"I can't help but think he bought me the sunflowers," I finally make my suspicions known.

This has literally been bothering me ever since we've arrived here.

She chokes on her drink and that raises unknown questions on my side.

"Are you okay?" I ask worriedly.

"I'm fine. Hey we've been here for way to long. Lets go," she dismissly utters making her way out of the pool without even looking back at me.

That's weird. Her behaviour is weird.

She welcomes herself inside of my changing room with a nice Champagne open back short dress and Stiletto heels and I have no idea why the sudden change of clothes.

I thought my outfit was just simply gorgeous.

Her outfit is different as well, only she is on a per of very tight high waist jeans.

"Party tonight?" I question curiously.

"Yeah, we meeting up with the girls later. Their make-up artists to fix your hair and make-up, it's your big day. You have to look different," she spines around leaving me all alone.

I roll my eyes mockingly.

"You have to look different," I mimic her voice.

"I heard that."
I giggle softly

-------------------------

This strewbarry ice-cream tastes amazing.
I moan again when it tickles my tounge and Khanyi's burning gaze I receive everytime I let out a moan of appreciation is just to fascinating .

Khanyi has been texting and driving, which is a risk and only that raises my suspicions.

Where actually are we going? She literally just canceled our shopping spree with no care in the world and I was happily looking forward to it.

"Who the hell are you talking too?" I frown

"Neo."

These one word responses she's using are irriating me.
