Blair's POV.

I woke up in so much pain.

It was still dark out. I carefully got up to take a shower.

I threw on a black hoodie on with matching sweatpants to hide my cuts and dark purple bruises. I put my hood up to hide my black eye and the cut on my cheek.

The sun started to rise. I grabbed my phone and threw it in my backpack. I opened my door looking out of it to see if anyone was there.

No one.

I walked out and tip toed down the stairs.

My mother was passed out on the couch, my step father no where to be found.

I opened the front door quietly and ran out of the house, not even tempted to look back at it and walked to school.

I walked to through the front doors of the school, earning some stares and whispers.

I didn't care what they had to say. I kept walking until I reached my locker. I opened it up and set my bag in it to take out my phone and a lighter I had stole from my mother. I closed my locker and walked to my class.

I had skipped class for the passed few days so I had to go before the school called my mother.

I went once a week, maybe twice, to class so my mother and Gabe wouldn't find out that I skip my classes. I would ask to go to the restroom half way through class and never come back.

"Thank you for joining us, Blair" My teacher said sarcastically.

"Your welcome Mrs. Harris" I answered back sarcastically as well.

" Just go sit down" she said turning to the white board. I walked to the back and to my seat.

45 minutes later

I raised my hand and asked the teacher if I could go to the restroom. She nodded her head and I was off.

I walked towards the back entrance of the school. I was going to meet my partners in crime.

One day I was in the back smoking and these girls came. We made small talk the first time we met there. The second time we all started talking and now we all met here to smoke and talk.

A few hours later

It's lunch time now. I went inside to get a snack from the vending machine.

I bumped into someone on the way there.

Ow what the heck?

I looked up and it was a jock. I knew that all the jocks at my school were assholes. I expected to get yelled at by him but, I didn't.

" Sorry" The jock said. He stuck his hand out to help me up.

I flinched and back away slightly. He seemed shocked and confused.

" Sorry. I'm sorry." I said quietly and walked quickly towards the girls restroom.

I heard him call back to me but I just ignored him and kept walking. I heard him call out again. I just kept walking. Then I heard footsteps.

Fuck. No no. Way to go Blair. Look what you did.

He was running towards me. I ran into the girls restroom.

Finally! I caught my breath. Jesus Christ what the hell?!

I waited like 30 minutes in the restroom. More like hide in the restroom but whatever.
