Lucy POV
"Dad we need to get Jason and Mitch" I say.
"What did the note say?" Dad asked curiously
"I'll let you read it once we get Jase and Mitch back so I can explain it to them"I complained to dad.
"Alright" Dad said giving in.
"Let's go but, be careful" Dad said
We walked out of the door and the guards were still there.
"Guard this house" Dad said to his men.
"Jerome I and Lucy are going back to the station" Dad explained
We walked toward the car and then jumped into it.
The drive to the station was silent not a sound at all could be heard. Jerome held my hands to comfort me and I gripped into his hands.
Once the station was in sight I let out a sigh.
As the car came to a stop a gun shot was fired.
"Get down quick" Dad ordered.
I slammed Jerome and I down onto the ground and waited for dads call.
5 minutes later not a single other shot has been fired.
"I'll get out first and then when I knock on the door it means it is clear" Dad explains
I was to scared to say anything and just nodded my head.
My dad unlocked the door and stepped outside. My heart pounded as each minute passes without hearing a knock.
Then I heard it 3 knock on the door I opened the car door and jumped down and saw Mitch and Jase with my dad.
"You went and got them?" I asked
Dad nodded his head and said,
"I also explained everything to them"
They both went and hugged me as I let a tear slip down to my face.
"We heard about your mom" Jase said hugging me
I shook my head and then it reminded me.
"Dad the note I will tell you what it said" I say
I know it's short but,its Christmas break please give me a break. I will have an extra long chapter on January 10th. :)
