After Blaire turned 18, Steve, Bucky, and Blaire all moved into an apartment in Brooklyn. She still worked at the tower so she could check up on Lily. She ended her job in the kitchen when she got an associates degree in business management. Then she went applied to work for the Pepper Potts Foundation with a focus on helping homeless families and those still affected by the attack on New York.
Lily was still "home schooled" by Tony and other tutors. She eventually went away to college as a prodigy and came back to work with Tony in his labs.
Blaire blossomed into a wonderful young lady who still had a love for the people of Brooklyn, her and Steve's home town.
