Chapter T H I R T Y - T W O

Chapter # 32

I woke up to find that Luke wasn't here anymore. I wondered where did he go this early? But that was only before I checked my phone to see that it was already 12 in noon.

Yeah, not so early.

I got up and yawned as a big smile found its way on my face remembering the last nights event. Not the dream of course, but what happened after that.

I walked into the main room to find all the adults including our parents sitting there and laughing as if having the time of their lives.

"Here you are Ella" Aunt Joe smiled at me.

"Hey" I said in my raspy morning voice as I went and sat with them. I noticed that in these adults there was also a young one like me sitting there --- Marcus.

It was the first time I had looked at Marcus. I mean really looked at Marcus. He had light blue eyes, and a perfect muscluar body. His grey shirt was hugging his chest perfectly as he wore a light blue jeans beneath it.

He did not notice me though, since he was too busy texting someone on his phone.

After sitting and listening to their chatting for ten to fifteen minutes I decided to go out and find where Luke and others were. 

I just got out of the house and now had no idea where to go. 

"Lost?" A voice said from behind and I turned around to find that it belonged to Marcus. 

"Just trying to find others" I said hoping he could help me.

"Alright" He shrugged and turned around to go back inside probably.

"Do you know where they are?" I asked before he could leave. 

"How would I?" He said.

"Rude enough?" I asked. Enough of his shitty attitude.

"I just stated a fact" He replied, staring at me blankly.

"Yeah. In a rude manner" I narrowed me eyes as I crossed my arms over my chest.

"Well I can speak however I like Miss" He countered.

"Shove that attitude up your ass" I said as I furiously turned around to find them myself.

I already hate this guy.

 I was passing by the lake when I spotted them.

Luke, Allison, that five year old kid and another guy.

Luke was shirtless as he swam inside the lake with Allison though he kept his distance. I felt a sudden pang of jealousy but I tried to ignore it. It's not like they were even touching or anything.

I ignored them and went to the guy playing with the kid.

"Hey" I said when I was near them.

"Hey" The guy said as he turned around "You must be Ella" He smiled.

"You got that right" I smiled at him.

He was beyond good looking with his eyes light blue, just like Marcus. What was up with people looking so god damn good over here? It makes me feel like I don't belong here.

"I am Nick, nice to meet you" He greeted.

I just smiled in return. 

One word for the situation, awkward.

To finish the awkwardness I decided to talk to the little kid.

"Hey kiddo, what's your name" I said as I messed up his hairs.

If there was a competition of who was the most cute person over here, this little kid was going to be the winner without a doubt.

"Jacob" He said as he hugged my leg. 

I took that gesture as a welcome from him.

"Hey El" I heard Luke calling me from the Lake.

I went near the Lake, careful not to even go near the water. As much as I loved water, I didn't want to go into the water in such cold weather.

Now not everyone was as retard as my boyfriend. I smiled at the thought of the word, I would never get used to it.

"Come in the water" He said when he came close.

"Nope" I said popping the p.

"Come in already" He continued.

"I don't know how to swim" I lied.

"I have known you since we were in kindergarden, no point in lying" He grinned as he ran a hand through his wet hairs.

"Yeah Ella, come in" Allison jumped into the conversation.

"The water is too cold for me" I said.

"You asked for it then" Luke said as he got out of lake and came after me.

I didn't waste a second but instead starting running away from him. I was so not going into that lake.

I ran with Luke right behind me but as he was fast he caught up with me without any trouble. He grabbed me by wrapping his hands around me before he lift me upto his shoulder and started walking towards the lake.

I could hear the other three laughing at the scene --- even Jacob.

And before I knew Luke jumepd into water with me. 

As soon as I was into the water I started shivering. 

"I hate you, you jerk" I said as I started punching his chest, but obviously had no effect on him and his muscular chest.

"You guys are such a cute couple" Allison gushed.

"You told her?" I asked Luke.

"No, I didn't tell anyone?" He looked at me confused.

"C'mon guys, it won't stay a secret for long if you guys sleep like you did last night" Allison said at which I started blushing furiously.

"Aw look she's blushing" Allsion said. She was not so normal after all.

"Leave them alone Allison" Nick chuckled from outside the lake.

I quickly got out of the lake and was followed by Luke and Allison. I sat under the tree drying myself with the towel that Allison gave me.

"So are you guys planning to tell everyone about you guys or not" She asked.

"I don't really know?" I said looking over at Luke.

He shrugged "Why should we not"

"Good. Let me show the photo to everyone then" She grinned.

"What photo" Me and Luke asked at same time.

"Of you and Luke sleeping duh?" She said as she showed us the photo of us lying on the couch last night.

She took a freaking photo.

"Give me the phone or delete the photo" I said.

"Neah. I am good" She stuck her tounge out.

"Allyson" I said as I got up and started chasing her as she ran infront of me trying to keep the photo safe.

I turned around to see Luke laughing.

And then I realized, that maybe he was right. It was good to let go of everything, relax, and have fun sometimes.
