One day, I believe a Wednesday, I went out. I crawled under the gate to the giant beasts. It smelled amazing! There were about four of those beasts I now call horses. One black and white one, closest to our house, a dirty blonde brownish one, one chestnut, and a dark brown one. I ventured through, and after walking a while, I found a dirt road. I decided to walk along the road, and many things happened. There were many houses; and many dogs. I heard the loud barks, and saw the big unfamiliar animals. Then there was an intersection. I looked up in the sky, and saw it was dark now. I decided to turn back. I think it took me ten minutes to get back to the ranch. Then I heard;
"Iggy! Iggy!? Where are you!? Come here girl! Come home!"
I realized that my humans were looking for me. I ran back to my own yard, and onto the deck to find Madelaine and Lucas looking for me. Maddie spotted me and came rushing towards me. "There you are!" I heard her say in her odd human noises. I was beginning to understand what they meant. "Come" meant to go to them. ¨No"meant I was was doing something bad and I should ¨stop.¨ ¨Good girl,¨ meant I was doing something I was supposed to, and I might get a treat. So I could~ basically speak with the humans myself.
