When stars fall,
the whole world feels the impact.
An explosion of light that makes people stop.
The sky seems darker,
the emptiness felt by all.
No one wants to see a star fall,
but they can't always hold themselves up.
Strange what beauty falling can hold.
A chance to finally be noticed,
but all people can see is the hole in the galaxy.
Strength comes in waves,
but the courage of holding yourself up when everything around you is telling you to go dark is the only proof that you need to show that you're meant to shine.
