Your words too soft for this world to comprehend.
I was living my life alone,
until you came along and sang me your song.
Wrapped into your melodies,
there's nothing that can hurt me now.
I put my trust in your voice,
carrying me to sleep each night.
Perfect harmonies,
it was like we were made for each other.
When the key changed,
we broke down.
You left me with nothing but empty notes,
and lost tunes.
