The male judgement member behind Konori, trying not to stare notice Li Mei and Tedashii. "Oh wait I know you two... I see you two made up.
"Huh?" Tedashii said puzzled, "Oh you're the judgement member that showed up the other day back at the clothing store in the underground shopping center, district 7."
"Oh you know Li Mei?" Konori asks the guy next to her.
"Umm, not really... yeah there the ones having that little quarrel the other day,
"Is this true Li Mei, don't tell me you're someone who causes trouble outside school?"
"Uhh, well, I don't mean to..."
"She's a good person, I'm the jerk who committed a crime, the one who caused the trouble back then," Tedashii jumps in, surprising even Li Mei. "It's kinda how we met after all. So uh, yeah."
"T-Tedashii...?" Li Mei said as her cheeks bloomed red.
"So justice was your keen stir of trouble, Miss Xaiodan, however it's prohibited to use your Esper ability, or to take the conflict at your own hands. Though you came here to become a Judgement member, so you choose the third option. Congratulations Li Mei will be interested to take you in for the exams during this fine hour." Konori saids and nods.
"Ha Yes!" Li Mei's eyes sparkled, clenching her fist up with excitement. "Okey-dokey. Are you gonna be doing my tryouts?"
"Not me sorry..."
"Then who is it then?" Tedashii saids crossing his arms and raising his eyebrow."
"Geez let me finish." Konori says as she pulls out her cellphone, "Li Mei I'll be giving you a number of the chief of branch 121 Annaisha Emiyo. She will be your instructor for the test, and we'll if things turn out well she will be your chief."
"But she's not here?" Li Mei said tilting her head looking at the phone,
"Yeah... sorry, miss Emiyo, is Umm... a special case and could be a little indifferent. Please forgive me Xiaodan-San I would be your fill-in instructor for today... but there's someone I have to meet... and I made a promise." Konori looked away, staring at her belongings with two bottles of Musashino milk sitting on a table.
"A very professional day indeed. What about you?" Tedashii asks the judgement guy.
"Who me? Yeah I can't do it either." The judgement guy wavers his hands back and forth.
"Wait you're not gonna do it? I thought you said." Konori looked back at the judgement guy with her eyes widened within her glasses.
"Yeah I know, I'm sorry Konori-San, but I got a call and something came up while I was in the bathroom."
"Well don't look at me, I got a lot on my plate starting the next three days," Tedashii says sarcastically.
"....." It's okay I'll wait tomorrow and meet this Annaisha Emiyo-senpai if she mines and give her a call."
"... Li Mei Xaiodan I can't stand back and let you go through so much trouble, we call you without a plan, and for that I think I can push back mine," Konori announces as her eyes brighten within her glasses, "I'll be your instructor! So let's get started." Her sudden responsible response even surprised Tedashii who was secretly impressed.
"Hmph, Konori Mii is it?" Tedashii saids with a smile.
"Hm?" Konori looked over at Tedashii who headed to the front door.
"Hey! Tedashii! Where are you going?" Li Mei asked Tedashii with a sudden concern and a red face of embarrassment.
"I won't be long. I just need a little bit of fresh air that's all. And I'm making a quick call, I can do that right? Your highness."
