I lean my head against the window as the radio played the most relevant songs to my situations. It's like everything and everyone was telling me to get myself together. The cold air tickle my skin as it circulated in the car. You could hear nature itself from inside the car because it was so dim and quiet. Nobody shared any conversations or glances, accept minding their business. My brother had his headphones in while my mom had her attention on the road. I looked over my shoulder and was deeply wishing Tony was in the car with us because he knew how to get things started. I'm really going to consider taking the bus for now on, this getting put in awkward situations like the one I'm facing now is annoying. My mom refuses to share a glance or conversation with me because of last night and my brother refuses to listen or involve himself in it.

I slowly untangle my headphones from my bag as I connected them to my phone so, I can escape from the awkwardness that was revolving in the car. I put on the weekend as I slouch further in the seat while still resting on the window. Eventually, my mom pulled up to the school and it was a wonder that she was actually on time. As soon as she came to a stopping point, I hurried out the car and towards the entrance of the school. I can hear as her and my brother call my name as they try getting my attention but, I turned the music up over them. At this point I didn't care about their opinions....it was always the same shit with them when it involved me. As I walk through the busy halls making my way to 1st, I thought I saw Tobias but must have been mistaken. It look like him with his broad shoulders and black jacket. Along with his deep brown curls that he tried covering up with his hood on. At first I started to go towards him but, I was taken back by guilt.

A gut feeling telling me I should leave this one alone, it wasn't good for me to let others get close to me. Bad deeds always came to those that tried to get to know me or get close, it was in his best interest. I stopped in my tracks and went into the next hallway while turning my music up all the way. I walked into my 1st period and took the seat in the back from yesterday. Meanwhile while I was searching for a pencil, Tobias walked in. The minute I notice and look up, we lock eyes right before I cut mines at him and went back to searching my bag. *shit I forgot we shared this class together! I mumble under my breath as I threw my bag in the seat next to mines. I rest my head on my hand as I slowly watch as he comes towards me while placing my bag in front of me before taking a seat.

"Hello love.."

-silence response back-

"Okay than...have it your way." He smirks as I roll my eyes.

-Bell rings-

"Okay class, today we will be having a make up day...god knows that most of y'all need it."

"Yea like you...that's probably why you been stuck here with us, them absences finally catching up...huh sir." Some random boy across from us blurted.

"Well you would be one to know now wouldn't you Mr. Flores, due to this being your first time actually showing up to class without the help of your parents." The teacher smirk while the class laugh after him, "Now class get to work."

"Damn Chris, he on your ass." Tobias whisper to the boy while pushing his shoulder.

"Nah fam, he'll be regretting he said that anyways to me. Ass hat thinks he so funny but fails to realize that I'm funnier." Chris rolls his eyes while Tobias bursted out laughing.

"Shit i would have never came, I would have stayed doing me but I only come to this class for one thing."

"And I wonder what that is cuz you never show up to ANY of yours."

"Shit I wonder what it is too." He sass before turning back to shoot me a side smirk. *jackass

Eventually, they dropped their conversation and actually started to do some work. Tobias on the other end was making complaints about every little thing in the class and how stupid it was. I guess 10 minutes of quiet wasn't good for them because they had started their conversation right back up. I didn't mean to start gaping at Tobias but he just caught me off guard with his black hoodie carried with a leather jacket on top. Along with his deep brown curls underneath hanging over his eyes. I think out of all the things about him, his eyes were my favorite. I love the way how the blue would flicker through the hazel when he would narrow his eyes at you. My eyes slowly traced the the tattoos that covered his neck along with his hands, I'm sure he had some underneath as well. Eventually I turned away and went back to working on the assignment that was gave to me, while trying to ignore their conversation.

"So did you like what you saw?" Tobias leaned towards me and whispered.

"What the hell are you talking about?" I snap back while trying to scoot away.

"I saw you staring at me, I'm not blind....so did you like the view?"

"Ohh your speaking on the annoyance on my face, when I was looking at the BOTH of you."

"Yea right.....so we go continue lying?"

"I don't know are we? What happen yesterday...why did your eyes turn yellow?"

"The sun's reflection made it look like that, plus not to mention...my eyes turn colors anyways." I shot him a dumb ass look...seriously??, "anything else?"

"Seriously? Your such an ass....you do know that made no sense at all but yet, your going to continue to try and make up a story to lie straight to my face!"

I cut my eyes at him and reach for my headphones to block his ass out. The fact that he thought I was so stupid is so illiterate of him, to even pursue that story.
