Four Months Later

Ariel POV

"Come on Adria. Time to eat." I called to my now two year old daughter.

She has grown and she has been spoiled. I love my baby girl and I want the best for her. I've been trying my hardest to keep her on track. I've just been being the best mother I could be.

Drake and I are mutual still. He has been around a lot since the funeral. I think he's scared I'm going to break down. I haven't broken down before now, and lots of crazy shit has happened, so why would he expect me to break down now?

I've quit my job and started modeling. I couldn't stand to look at Keyshunna anymore. I had to get out of there. I put the $900,000 in a savings account for Adria's college and for when I get old and retire. That's years from now, so that money is going to be in the billions probably.

Drake has bought some stores and some stock. He is doing well for himself. He has been staring at me and looking guilty. He's always zoning out. It's like he's losing his mind.

Drake POV

I miss Ariel so much. I need her. I've been feeling low as hell. All I can do now is be the best dad I possibly can and try to be there for Ariel in her time of need.

I honestly have been trying to get back with Ariel. I'm over all the time and I'm working to get more money. I have been working out and trying to look good for her.

Keyshunna is old news. I cut her off right after Ariel caught us. I haven't talked to her since. I never really cared about her. I just wanted attention. I see I should have sat Ariel down and talked to her about it instead of cheating on her. I still feel like shit about that.

I just hope I can get Ariel to give me a chance. All my friends tell me to romance her into it. I just feel like I should pour out my heart to her. I'm going to do that. I just don't know how or when. I have to get my woman back before someone else claims her.
