Y/N Pov

" Alright, I'll be leaving now." Kurapika surprised me a little when he said that.

" Huh?" Gon was confused.

" We all got to see Killua again, besides, I'm going to need money to attend an auction. So, I'm going to look for a job as a hunter!" Kurapika smiled.

" Really? I guess I should head home too." Leorio told us.

" You too?" Gon asked.

" I need to hit the books if I want to be a doctor." Leorio shrugged.

" Y/N, you should go with Kurapika," Killua said.

I looked at him.

He had that cat look again!

Kurapika smiled at me,

It was an invitation.

I just nodded at him.

" So the next time we see each other will be-" Our whole group jumped in.

" September 1st in Yorknew City!" we cheered.

We got to the airport me, Kurapika and Leorio waved goodbye.

" Bye, Bye cat buddy!" I waved with enthusiasm.

Killua just waved back silently.

" Meanie." I huffed out my cheeks.

I felt Kurapika's gaze on me.

" Yes?" I inquired sick of his stare.

" We still need to talk about what happened at your friends' house," Kurapika told me.

" Wait... That was real!?"

He just sighed at my stupidity.

As we were on the plane I needed to charge my battery.

" Kurapika~" I whispered.

He hummed in acknowledgment.

" I need to charge my battery~" I whispered again.

I felt my energy start to drain.

" Then charge it." He tried to go back to sleep.

" Kurapika~" I whined.

" What?" He said slightly annoyed.

" Wouldn't it be weird if you saw a kid with a charger out their back?" I said using the same tone as him.

His eye twitched.

" What do you want me to do about it?" He said still annoyed.

" Just cover me, okay?"

He just nodded.

I readjusted myself so that the cord was hidden.

" The cord is poking me," Kurapika spoke in a tired voice.

" Sorry,"

Not even a day in and I'm annoying him, great.

This is great, fantastic, it's a god-given gift!

Please realized all said above is sarcasm.

I readjusted and Kurapika seemed comfortable. I fell asleep.
