Hunter exam? Part 1/5

~ I'm skipping to when you get there.~

Y/N Pov

As I walked through the door I was met with a walking bean. 

" Put this on and don't lose it!" I told the badge that said '50'.

I was getting stared at by a lot of people. I quickly sat in a corner and took a small
'nap'. 

" Hey, you're new here right?" I heard someone say to me.

I looked up it was some chubby dude.

" This is my 34th time trying out. Here," He held out a suspicious can of 'juice' to me.
" To our friendship."

I stared at the can picking out the ingredients. There were checkmarks next to each meaning It was safe to drink.

I took a swig and it had no taste.

" Thanks, I guess?" I said, crushing the can in my hand. 

I put my headphones on and started listening to music.

~ Little bit later~

I was suddenly tapped. I slowly looked up and saw a boy with green eyes and hair.

I took them off and wrapped them around my neck.

" Hello! I'm Gon Freeces! What's your name?" He introduced himself to me.

" I'm Y/N L/N," I said simply and went to put my headphones back on.

Suddenly at the end of the sewer, the wall lifted.

" Hello, I am Satotz. I am here to lead you to 2nd phase of the hunter exam. Please follow me." The mouthless man named Satotz turned and started walking away.

I sighed.

" Let's go," I sighed again. I threw my headphones into the air and they transformed into a hoverboard.

I rode next to Gon and a blonde-haired guy and some old dude.

" Hey, kid!" I turned and saw the old guy talking to me.

" Yo," I said in acknowledgment.

" Your cheating!" He pointed to my hoverboard.

" No, it's not, Satotz only said to follow him. He never said it was an endurance test, Idiot," I responded.

" What did-" The old guy was cut off by Gon.

" She's right Leorio, but you shouldn't call people mean names Y/N!" Gon scolded me.

" Yeah, yeah. Blondy, what's your name?" I questioned pointing to him.

" My name is Kurapika." He simply stated. 

" Hello!" I said joyfully.

I saw out the corner of my ear a white-haired kid was talking to Gon.

" I'm Gon and I'm 12!" Gon said.

" Killua and I'm 12 too!" I could see Leo glaring at Killua's skateboard.

" Y/N, how old are you?" Gon asked me.

" I'm technically 18," I stated." But because of reasons, I look like I'm 12." I finished.

I flipped my hoverboard into the air and it landed on my neck as headphones.

" I'm moving up towards the front. See you in the next phase. Hopefully." I mumbled the last part.

~ Later outside.~

I scanned the area and found that the four made it. I sighed in relief.

I blanked out for a bit and when I came back a man was dead and a monkey was running away.

" Stay close," Satotz started walking again.

I quickly jogged up next to Satotz.

" Hello!" I waved to Satotz

" Hello, contestant 50." He said back and continued forwards.

~ I'm Sorry! At the second phased~

I scanned around and found them.

" Yo," I jogged up to them.

" Y/N! You made it!" Gon cheered.

I nodded. 

" Y/N, why do you look like you're 12?" Kura asked me.

" That is classified information." The words tumbled out my mouth.

He rose a brow in suspicion. I just nervously smiled.

" Uh, Hahaha, that was weird." I nervously laughed.

But thank my creator! The next phase started.
