-The next day Tyberg comes down to the desk and tells Addison that Jimmy lashed out at Boden so she has the rest of the day off to calm him down
-Addison apologizes to Tyberg that Jimmy acted that way and promises she'll figure out what to do with him
-When Addison arrives at Jimmy's apartment she's livid and immediately starts shouting at him in Italian about the mistakes he's making and how immature and selfish he's being
-When Addison calms down finally Jimmy explains that he wanted back onto truck and Boden said no so they started fighting
-Jimmy says he got so upset he told Boden that Danny's death was all his fault and that he'd have his badge over it so Boden suspended him and sent him home
-Addison calms down herself and she can see that Jimmy is still really worked up over it so she begins to calm him down
