Promposal

It's Wednesday and I am walking out the doors with Alan. I kiss him goodbye but he grabs my hand.

"Meet me in the park at 5:00. I have a surprise for you." He says. I nod and kiss him on the cheek. I open the doors and make my way to Tom's car. I get in and buckle my seat belt. Paddy is in the front seat and he asks. 

"What was that all about?" Paddy asks.

"I don't know. Alan asked me to meet him at the park at 5." I answer. 

"Oh hey Dawn, could you help me with my promposal for Dallas?" Paddy asks. 

"Sure. What does she like?" 

"Well, she loves doughnuts." 

"Ok I have an idea." I say and we drive to a near my doughnut shop. We get these doughnuts and drive to Dallas's place.

On the drive to Dallas's I text her to dress nicely and get the door when the doorbell rings. 

Dallas's POV

I get the text from Dawn and I do as it says. I go grab something to wear and find this.

I do my makeup and hair. Soon enough I hear the door bell and sprint downstairs.

Paddy's POV

We park in front of Dallas's place and I get out of the car. Dawn and Tom both wish me luck. I take a deep breath and walk to the front door. I ring the doorbell and the door is opened by Dallas. 

"I heard you like doughnuts, and I like dances so...." I open the doughnut box. "Dallas, will you go to prom with me?

"I would love to." She answers and I put the box down and kiss her. We kiss for a couple of moments and then our lips move apart. We both laugh and I hand her the box. She grabs one of the doughnuts and takes a bite. We say bye to each other and I walk back to the car. I open the door and Tom looks at me funny.

"What?"  I ask. 

"Look at the picture I got." Tom show me a picture of him and Dallas kissing.

"Bro. Delete that now." 

"Wait. I wanna see." Dawn says. Tom show her the picture and then deletes it. Thank god. We finally drive and they drop me off. 

Dawn's POV

We get home and I run upstairs to change into something nice. After a while of searching I find this.

I put my hair up in a nice high bun and put the white bow that matches with my outfit to finish my look. (Look at the outfits and find the bow). It's almost 5 so I call for Tom and he drives me to the park. He drops me off and leaves. I text Alan that I'm here and then I look up and there's a path with fairy lights. I walk down the path and stop when I look down and read the words Prom?

I gasp as someone comes up to be and hugs me from the back. I turn around and see into Alan's handsome face. 

"So, Prom?" He asks.

"I would be honored." I say and we kiss for a while. This is perfect. Alan is here and so are all my friends. The sun is setting and it's all just perfect. Our lips separate and he hands me this

"Aww. It's so cute. Thanks babe, thanks for all of this." I say. 

"You're welcome ducky." He says. We clean up and walk around the park. Suddenly Josh sends me this picture

We walk and talk and agree that we are both wearing yellow for the dance. They had moved the dance to Friday, not next week. 

"You look really pretty Dawn." Alan complements.

"Thanks. You don't look so bad yourself." I say. I check my phone and realize that it's already 8:00. I tell Alan thanks again and kiss him goodbye. I call Tom to pick me up. He comes and I get in the car. We drive home and I tell him I need to go shopping.

"Ok we can go shopping tomorrow before Isabel comes for dinner." He answers. I nod and we keep driving. We get home and I shower and change. I put the duck on my bed and go on TikTok. I go downstairs for diner and I tel Tom about my day. When we are done with dinner I go back upstairs and spend more time on TikTok. I make a couple of TikToks and finally go to sleep.
