"SO! Who do you think was the MVP of this match? The heroes or the villains?"

Yaomomo eagerly raised her hand. She and Mineta had made it back to class earlier, so they were able to watch the recording of themselves... getting beat.
"Oh, oh! I'm sure it was the heroes." she said enthusiastically, despite their loss.

"Care to explain?" All Might prompted.

"Of course. Because of their expertly devised plan of splitting up to cover more ground and then locate the target, they were able to find the villains easily. After locating them, instead of making the amateurish mistake of rushing in head-first to a fight, one of them contacted the other. Thanks to this smart move, the heroes were able to sneak up on the villains and capture them, all the while capturing the weapon so as to ensure civilian safety," Yaomomo stated intelligently. "It was too bad we were on the receiving end, though..."

All Might stood frozen. 'She took the words right out of my mouth... again!! What kind of a teacher am I?!'

As All Might started to collect himself, you and Reverie walked into the room. Neither of you even broke a sweat.

"How did we do?" You inquired plainly.

-

The rest of the day went by faster than you had hoped, and your tired pearlescent eyes started to close as you walked to your locker.
That day, you had enjoyed a quiet lunch break with Izuku, another interesting English exercise with Todoroki, and a so-so meet and greet with some of Izuku's new friends.
That brown haired girl- Uraraka Ochaco- definitely had a crush on Izuku.

You finished packing your things and headed out. There was no point in walking back and forth from the school; might as well just head straight 'home'.
Home meaning a secluded part of one of UA's ginormous gardens behind the school, under a maple tree and next to two huge rocks. It had only been a day, but you had already given them names.
"Kyoko" and "Seiichi".

They were just rocks, but they were better parents than yours could ever be.
This Seiichi was still here, right next to you. He never blamed you for anything, since you never deleted him. This Seiichi could still stay by your side for the rest of your life as a loving father.
Your throat tightened. A single tear ran down your right cheek. This Seiichi wouldn't leave you all alone, making your mother end up hating you.
This new Kyoko didn't kick you out of the house. She actually invited you to stay with her, in this lovely garden, by this lovely bench, under this lovely maple tree. This Kyoko never told you that you were a worthless piece of garbage because you erased your father from existence.

...

Wow, you were really going crazy, weren't you?

These were just rocks; you'd never actually have a loving family ever again, would you?

Even with your expression the same as always, tears started to readily flow down your face and gently plop into your lap.
You hadn't realized it, but as you were thinking of your parents who both technically left you, you bad fallen onto your knees into the soft green grass, next to the wooden bench. Now thinking about how pathetic you probably looked, you rubbed at your eyes harshly and straightened out your skirt.
You had to keep it together.

Unbeknownst to you, a pair of tired eyes were watching you the whole time, from behind another nearby tree.

-

"Principal Nezu, I'm telling you, there's a female student living in the garden behind the school. Don't you have anything to say?"

The mouse headed principal turned around dramatically with his fancy chair and looked the disheveled high school teacher in the eyes.
"By any chance, do you know who it may be?" He asked.

"Y/n L/n. She's in my first year class."

"Hmm... I suggest you ask her for the reason as to why she is camping on school grounds before we take any drastic measures. Come back to me once you obtain the results- I mean, her answer."

Shota Aizawa simply grumbled an "alright" and left to go to his period one class. He planned on asking her right after his class ended.

-

You were currently sitting at Yaomomo's desk, helping her research on a specific hero organization for a group project. You had miraculously ended up in a group with the four people you know best right now: Reverie, who you didn't trust at all because of a gut feeling you had; Todoroki, who seemed strangely curious about Izuku's fluffy hair; Izuku, who was trying his best at talking to girls; and Yaomomo, who was secretly super excited to be working with you again.

All was going smoothly, and you were all just about to finish your research and start writing the good copy of your poster's paragraphs, when Aizawa sensei called you to his office near the end of class.

You said a quick farewell to your friends and followed your homeroom teacher to the office. Once you both entered, he closed the door and motioned for you to sit down.

"L/n-san, I need to ask you seriously about something. Why are you living in the garden?"

You stilled. You didn't expect to be caught so soon. But then again, it was the best high school in Japan, so you guessed you should have known better.

"My mother disowned me," you said, not showing a trace of sadness on your visage.

Aizawa seemed a bit taken aback by your casual statement.
'Disowned? And she's not even sad about it? She must be putting up a front. I saw her crying the other day,' Aizawa thought.

"What about your father?:

"... he's... I um..... not ... my father doesn't exist anymore."

'What the hell?' Aizawa mentally asked. 'Doesn't exist?'
"And you have nowhere to stay?"

"Are you trying to rub it in or what, sensei?"

...

Aizawa didn't know what to say.

... Well actually, he did.
"Sign these papers. I'll arrange something for you."
