I went into school with Alex in tow; he was trying to hide his neck. We went up to Emily and Carly.

"Axel, what did you do to poor Alex?"

I grinned, and he stepped out from behind me with a scowl on his face.

Emily and Carly snickered, trying to hold back their laughter.

I kissed Alex on the neck before leaving.

I laughed on my way to the gym.

I feel like our relationship is making a turn for the better.
