4 || Too Close?

Maddies POV

It's been a week since The Science test and since then it feel like me and brad are closer then normal... But I kinda like it. Daisy is starting to suspect something but she's not my biggest worry, it's Tristan, James and Connor if they find out me and Brad are friend they will probably punish him but not that badly of course but if they find out we are dating, which we are but they would kick him out of the band! I can't let that happen I need to show Brad that we aren't going to end up as a couple just two good friends but Everytime I try to I stare into his big Brown eyes and get lost, That damn boy is too much.

Me and Daisy walked into school putting our stuff in the lockers and bringing our books for our next two lessons to form with us. We walked in and as normal Brad, James, Tristan and Connor were talking to their little crowd of people while we sat down on the other side of the room. I sat down I looked over and Brad winked at me, I couldn't help but blush a little and I think daisy noticed

"Why are you blushing?" She asked me

"Huh?"

"your cheeks are pink"

"Are they?" I said lying I knew they were pink

"Yes, now what are you blushing at?" She asked again

"I'm not blushing I'm just, just, just hot" I said fanning my self

"It's freezing don't lie to me Maddie!"

"Well maybe I'm hot" I lied

"You just said you were cold"

"Shut up"

"Tell me what's going on I know there is something"

"Dais it's-"

"SIT DOWN IN YOUR SEATS CLASS" my form tutor came in the room interrupting me. Thank you

We all walked over to our seats as I sat next to Connor, I just sat playing with the ends of my side plait as Connor tapped on the table and before we knew it, it was time for lesson 1. Maths great...

I just got out of English and Daisy was waiting outside for me I sighed at her as I walked out since my teacher kept us in longer because of James and Tristan messing about, now we don't miss the rush

We walked downstairs to out lockers and put out stuff in our lockers and we were about to head to lunch as I heard some one shout

"MOVE OUT OF MY WAY" it was Leigh Crane, the popular girl with her little gang

She started making her way down the corridor. She hated us. We both pretended we were getting out stuff out of our lockers hoping she wouldn't spot us

"Oh look who is it Daisy and Maddie" she said smirking as I turned around "oh I saw you and Brad the other day walking home with each other"

Crap.

I turned and looked at Brad as he stood still like he froze as James, Tristan and Connor looked angry but waited to see where this was going

"O-oh I wa-ss he-lping him wi-th his home-homework" I stuttered

"Oh really because she was holding your hand"

Oh my god I forgot about that

"But she seemed to take it away as quick as possible" Leigh laughed "Basically The Vamps Lead singer Brad Simpson got rejected by a geeky kid" everyone else laughed expect me, Daisy, Brad, Connor, James and Tristan

"It's because Brad was trying to get me to do his homework for him but I didn't want anyone to see us holding hands so I took it away as quick as I could okay"I tried making a excuse "And Brad found out I had a crush on him he felt bad but I didn't want his sympathy" making a half lie

"Is that true Brad?" Leigh asked Brad as he just nodded a bit even though it was a lie

"Well then she needs to be punished" she smiled as she clicked her knuckles

"Punished! Why?" Brad shouted

"Why not" she laughed

She then pushed as hard as she could so hard, against the lockers. I hit my head and fell to the floor, everyone was laughing apart from Brad and Daisy

Daisy helped me up as Brad just looked at me

"That's what you get" Leigh whispered into my ear "Come on girls lets go" she snapped as her and her gang finally left

"Are you okay?" Brad asked me

"Yeah as long I am as far away I can be from you" I snapped I then walked off with daisy

I faintly heard James talking to Brad as I walked off

"We need to talk" were the words I heard

Okay I felt bad
