Maddies POV
"Right everyone I'm pretty sure you know that it was Brad, Connor, Tristan and James' last day today" my form tutor said
I haven't really spoken to Brad in the past few weeks because I didn't see a point. He was leaving so why should I try?
"I just want to wish you boys good luck and I hope everything works out with the band! I know everyone will miss you and it won't be the same without you" He paused "Anyway have a good weekend!"
Everyone grabbed their bags from the floor and walked out of form.
"MADDIE" I heard a familiar voice shout
I sighed as I carried on walking
"Maddie" I heard the voice again and I still didn't reply until I felt a hand grab my wrist and they pulled me back "why won't you talk to me?"
"Well you are moving so what is the point, Brad?
"The point is that I still love you and that won't change"
I sighed as I carried on walked but he grabbed my wrist again
"No matter how many girls I meet I will never love any of them more than you"
"You say that"
"Look I understand why you are mad at me but you are the one who told me
to go for it"
"Yes because turning it down is stupid but saying yes will turn your whole life around and let's be honest you won't remember me"
"Yes I will, Maddie! No matter what happens" he paused "and if we ever manage to do a concert in Birmingham I'll be sure to get you a ticket"
"Front row?" I smiled as he laughed
"Possibly a meet & greet if I'm feeling generous"
With that I gave him a massive hug

A few days later
"HAVE YOU GOT EVERYTHING?" I heard Brad's mum shout
"YES MUM" he shouted back as we laid in his bed one last time
"Wow I'm going to miss you so much" I sighed "who am I going to go to when something is wrong?"
"I'm sure the people who move in will be lovely"
"But it won't be the same will it?"
"It will never be the same" he said as he pulled me into his chest
We laid there for a few minutes in silence
"BRAD WE NEED TO LEAVE IN FIVE MINUTES"
Brad sighed
"I guess this is finally goodbye" he said as he hugged me tight
At this point I couldn't help as the tears started to fall
"I can't believe this is happening" I cried
"Hey we will see each other soon okay"
I nodded slowly before he kissed my cheek
"Goodbye Maddie"
"Goodbye Brad"
