You can use plants as weapons, with roots and vines, project thorns at a distance and quickly regenerate the weapon. You can grow grow vines to entangled a villain by their neck.

You make ice from your hands can change it into ice spikes and shoot them like bullet. You can release ice attacks of various shape and sizes. You also have the ability to make blast of ice, even make ice cold ball to throw and explode.
Your quirk is both good for defense and attack. You can use it for safety by making an ice wall protection you and or others from any kind of danger.
