Beep. Beep. Beep. I woke up. In a hospital bed. A nurse came in writing on a clipboard. She looked up at me. She dropped her clipboard and ran. What happened? I could faintly hear her talking. "She's awake! She's awake!" What? How long was I sleeping? A doctor came in. "Oh my god." I looked at him confused. "What?" I said. "What happened?"
"Let me call your mom, and then I'll tell you." He said staring at me with a blank face.
"Oh my god sweetie!" My mom hugged me. "What? Mom? I thought you were in the hospital?" I said in shock. "What? Sweetie, when you were in your coma..." Coma? What? "You had some minor hallucinations."
"What? What coma?"
"Bella. Come see your sister!" I sat up as quickly as possible. "Bella?" I screamed she came in, and hugged me. "Dad?" I screamed. I hugged him too. "Bella... I thought you were dead!"
"What? No. Never."
"Dad! I thought you were in jail!" He shook his head. I didn't care right now. So I hugged Bella. "You were in a coma for 4 years..." 4 years? "Wait! I didn't kill anybody?"
"What?" Bella and my mom said at the same time. "Never mind."
"How was the coma triggered?" I asked. "We got in a car crash and fell into a river." What? No, I didn't care. I was just glad to be awake. I hugged Bella, my mom, and my dad. It was all just a nightmare.
