A hero rises

I couldn't really see anything or well everything was blurry I could only open my eyes partially. I heard lady Gaga? Playing in the background. I hate this song.
I can hear muffled talking with an echoey edge and I can't really move.
"What are you doing"
"He likes this song"
No I don't
"How could you possibly know that"
"I checked his Facebook page"
I'm finally able to sit up and sit up wayyy too fast gasping for breath. They turn around surprised. "Oh, my God!" A guy in a t-shirt who's probably latino says. "Where am I?" I ask.
"He's up?" A woman says before attacking me with a light and medical equipment. "Pulse 120, pupils both equally reactant to light." She says. I try and get up and I do pushing past her. Latino-guy tried to get me to relax. I wind up sitting on the bed again. "I'm Cisco Ramon. She's Caitlin..Dr. Snow" Latino-Er Cisco says. Caitlin holds up a test tube. "I need you to urinate in this" what.
"Not this second" Cisco says pulling the test tube away form her.
"What? What is happening? What's going on?" I ask. Then the bombshell. "You were struck by lightning, dude" Cisco says. I catch my reflection. Damn. "Lightning gave me abs?"
I think out-loud. "Your muscles should be atrophied but instead they are in a chronic and unexplained state of cellular regeneration." Caitlin explains examining my muscles that were definitely not as defined beforehand. "Come here have a seat" Cisco says sitting me back down on the hospital bed.
  "You were in a coma" Cisco informs. I was in a what
   "For how long?" I ask
   "Nine months" Wells says rolling in the room. Holy frick it's dr. Wells. "Welcome back mr. Allen we have a lot to discuss."
After talking with wells and doing my best not to geek out I head back into the room we'd later know to be called the cortex. When they mention Iris I realize I should probably see her before she you know murders me. "I have to go"
"No, you can't!" Caitlin says.
"No, no. No. Caitlin's right. No. Now that you're awake, we need to do more tests. You're still going through changes" Changes what? What kinda changes? "There's so much that we don't know"
"I'm fine, really I feel normal." I actually feel better than normal like I have a bunch of energy I don't know where it came from. "Thank you for saving my life" I say leaving. Then I realize I still have the sweatshirt on. I walk back over. "Can I keep the sweatshirt?"
"Yeah keep the sweatshirt"
"Okay"

I head to Jitters since Iris is probably there. I walk in and bump into her. She gasps. "Oh, my God. You're awake" she says immediately hugging me. "Why didn't S.T.A.R. Labs call us?"
"I just woke up" I inform her.
"Should you even be on your feet?" She asks concerned for me.
"Iris I..I'm okay"
"I watched you die Barry you kept dying your heart kept stopping." She says.
I put her hand to my chest to reassure her. "Still beating."
"Feels really fast."
Then time seems to slow down. It was so weird. A coffee pot was dropping but it seemed to be dropping in slow motion and everyone around me was completely still.
What the hell..
Then time went back to normal. I was shaken up. "You okay Tracy?" Iris asks her coworker who responds with a Yeah I'm fine. "My dad is gonna be so happy to see you. Let me get my stuff okay? Be right back."
  We get to CCPD and everyone seems happy to see me alive and up. About 3 'glad your back Allen''s In Joe comes over. "You scared the hell out of us kid" Joe says hugging me.
"Yeah that was quite the nap you took there baby face and you still look 12" a uni says walking by.
Then Joe has to leave. "Let's go partner" Joe says. Eddie comes by throwing on his jacket. "Hey Allen, glad to see you" four. "Thanks, Eddie" I say. "Hey, Iris" he tells Iris. He better not be trying to get her that's against the rules. Because something is going on between them. "Detective, you should go. My dad doesn't like to be kept waiting." Iris tells him. Yep something is definitely going on between them.
Iris informs me Chyre died the night of the explosion and Eddie is Joe's new partner. Then the time-slowy down thing happens again as iris walks off. I lunge forward at the criminal who slipped loose and I'm there and back as soon as I'm gone. Kinda shooken up now. "You okay?" Iris asks. "I... I'm Fine" I get out. "I just need some air I'll call you tonight Alright?" I tell her before rushing into the alley behind the precinct.
My hand starts shaking uncontrollably and superfast. "What's happening to me?" Then I slam into a police car at above normal speeds. I back up. Maybe... then I move at an impossible speed which was kinda scary cause I couldn't stop from the back of the alley and wind up in the back of a van. "Awesome"
