So this isn't really a prologue.
I was listening to Breaking Benjamin's album Dear Agony and one of the lines in their song Dear Agony (lol yes it's Dear Agony off of Dear Agony) was
And I will find the enemy within
Because I can feel it crawl beneath my skin.
Something about that line gave me weird inspiration for this story. I don't know how, but it did. So, it's going to be a story that's not a fanfiction, but it's going to have the song titles for that album as the chapter titles and I think I want to have the themes of the chapters on the themes of the song.
I'd consider it a "Half Fanfiction."
Is that a word? If it's not, can we coin that term? Seriously, think about it.
