Scarlett pov "Scar please come us it will be fun and we never get to hang out anymore." My best friend ally said. "I'm supposed to be on a flight tomorrow at 9 am I don't think it's a very good idea." I said. "You will be fine we will have really good seats please just come bitch." Ally said. "Fine but you can't yell at me when I tell you I'm exhausted tomorrow." I said making Ally laugh. We hung around for a few hours until it was almost time to go. I put on some princess Polly jeans along with a white crop top. Ally's boyfriend Jace has jerseys so he gave us both one. I put it on over the top and left it unbuttoned. I finally put on my white high top converse and some dainty jewelry before it was finally time to go. I got into the backseat as ally and jace got in the front. I scrolled through Instagram and came across the Dodgers page. Seeing a very attractive guy I looked at his jersey number hoping to see him later. After a while we found a parking spot and we all got out. We finally got in and they both wanted to grab food and drinks. I had already eaten and wasn't in the mood for a beer I declined. "I'm going to go find our seats I can be the dd tonight." I said laughing. "Ok text me if you change your mind." Ally said. We walked opposite ways as I went to find our seats. After what felt like forever I was now sitting down waiting for them. I knew that Ally said we had close seats but I didn't think she meant this close. We practically were right up against the field. Since it was a night game I began to get cold and put on a sweatshirt. I posted on my Instagram story and snapchat a picture of our seats. I looked around and saw more people coming in as some of the players were practicing. I was texting a few people back as I felt a few pairs of eyes on me. I looked up to see a few players talking and looking at me. One of which being the hot guy that I had seen on Instagram. I made eye contact with him and they all looked away making me laugh. After a few more minutes Ally and Jace sat down with food and beer in their hands. "Sorry that took forever." Ally said. "It's fine." I said smiling. "What has you so smiley?" Ally said. I pointed towards number 35 who occasionally I would find smiling at me. "Cody Bellinger." Jace said. "Well I find Cody Bellinger extremely attractive." I said laughing. I found his Instagram and followed him. After a few minutes he followed me back. I put my phone away and continued talking with Ally. After a few minutes the stadium was pretty much completely filled and the game was starting. We were watching the game and Justin Turner had made a home run. It was bottom of the 2nd and the Dodgers were ahead 4-0. It was top of the 7th and they were ahead 5-0. They eventually won the game 9-0. It was getting late and I was completely exhausted. I still had to drive home, finish packing my suitcase, and get up at 6 am. Just as we stood up getting ready to leave Cody walked back on the field and towards where we were seated. He gave a note to a guard that was walking by and pointed to me. He smiled and waved at me before he walked back off the field. The guy gave me the note as I opened it. 'text me sometime I would really like to meet you. -Cody Bellinger my number is xxx-xxx-xxxx' it said. I smiled and put it into my back pocket. Jace handed me the keys and we walked out towards the car. I got into the drivers seat and drove back home. Ally and I moved in together last year and Jace practically lives with us. I pulled into the driveway and turned off the car. We all got out tired and headed inside. "Goodnight I will see you guys Thursday night." I said before walking upstairs and into my room. I immediately showered and put on an oversized tee-shirt. I was going to New York for a shoot so I didn't have to bring much. I packed 2 days worth of clothes just incase along with my makeup and other toiletries. I closed my suitcase and got into bed. I set my alarm and remembered that Cody gave me his number. I got back out of bed and grabbed the piece of paper out of my jeans. I put his number into my contacts and sent him a text. 'Hey Cody it's scarlett from the game. Great job tonight. And I would love to meet you as well :)' I sent and got back into bed turning off the light. After a minute my phone went off. Being impatient I grabbed my phone to see a reply. 'Hey scarlett. I hope you had a good a time today. We have a few games coming up but I'm always available afterwards. Do you maybe want to grab dinner this weekend?' He sent. I read it and replied. 'I had a great time. I'm going to be in ny until Thursday but I am free after that.' I sent. After a few seconds he replied. 'We have a late afternoon game Friday maybe I can pick you up for a drink afterwards?' He sent making me smile. 'Sounds perfect I will text you.' I sent. 'Goodnight Scarlett and good luck in ny:)' He said. 'Goodnight Cody and thank you :)' I sent him a text back and put my phone on my nightstand and falling asleep.
