The beauty is the reward
Hard work has paid off
That note will sing
It's way off the page
No longer notes on a page
Now little pieces weaving together
A tale being told
Wordless sounds
First it's notes and rhythms
Now beauty as you look beyond
The audience hears, listens, weeps
Too soon it's over
Then on the story goes
To do it, you have to want to
Hear it, feel it, do it
Coming from the deepest parts
Of who you are
Makes it so much better
Than when you play just what you see
