Hello everyone!
I have decided that this book, although it was one of my favorites to write and is by far the most famous of my books, will be rewritten. As you can see I have a lot of quotes from the movie that I decided as a thirteen year old were witty and wouldn't be caught. Now I know, rereading it, that the plot was simply me following along with the movie and that my main character was basically another Mary Sue, which was a cliche I wanted to avoid however it became inevitable.
That being said, the character of Eira Haddock will also be entirely rewritten. In my head I always pictured her voice actor being Emma Watson, mostly because of my childhood memories of Hermione Granger. Also, I have been a fan of HTTYD for years, ever since the first movie came out when I was a wee child. I think now, after doing so much writing, that I can expand on this book and make it what it was supposed to be. Of course, editing this entire book will take a lot of time. However, to those who are still interested, I thank you for accompanying me on this journey and being curious about what the next steps for this book are.
