You say you can't imagine and you're right
You can't possibly understand or imagine
What it's like to see your mother
Cold and lifeless at age 10
With blue lips and skin colder than ice
They say she fell asleep and never woke
But I knew
The whiskey
The pills
The perfect escape
Leaving me behind
No goodbye no last hug
Missing a part of me
