Beast castle - the west wing

3rd pov.

Belle looked around the room, noting all the dusty, broken furniture and shredded portraits. Had he done all this? Was that why he forbade her to come here?

She stopped in front of a torn painting. In the painting was a young man. He had clear blue eyes staring intensely at her. His light brown hair went down to his shoulders, nicely framing his face. Part of the canvas hung down, obscuring the rest of the painting. Belle cautiously stretched to lift the part of the portrait that was hanging when a glowing light caught her attention.

She turned around and spotted a glowing rose under a glass dome at the other end of the room. Belle walked toward it, both puzzled and curious at the same time. When she reached the table where the rose was standing, she lifted the dome and reached out to touch the rose.

Suddenly the beast in front of her was startled, she took a step back. The beast tore the glass dome out of her hands and placed it quickly but gently back over the rose. "What are you doing here?" He growled.

"Sorry," Belle stammered.

"I WARNED YOU NEVER TO COME HERE", he shouted.

"I didn't mean any harm," she said, scared.

"You could have ruined everything!" He roared.

"S-stop, please", Belle pleaded, her heart hammering away in her chest at how she was scared at that moment.

"GET OUT" he roared. She didn't dare move. "I SAID GET OUT!!!", he roared even louder. She jumped and started to run. She ran faster than she'd done before. She didn't stop before she reached her room. She slammed the door behind her and locked it. She could still feel her heart hammering in her chest. Could he be the man she had heard stories about from Mrs Potts? Could there be a man behind the beast? She had been sure before but no?. Now she wasn't so sure any longer. She knew that it hadn't been a good idea to go to the west wing but she had been curious. And she hadn't meant any harm.

She didn't want to admit it but she had felt herself falling for him, she still wasn't sure if she could love him. She had admired that he tried. Even after so as a beast and without any contact to humans or the outside world he still trie. She so desperately wanted to go home she no longer felt safe here. She wanted to go home to her father and never look back. But somehow in her mind, there was doubt. She doubted it. First, she wasn't sure how to even get out. she was sure he'd locked the doors and if she tried to go that way at least one of the servants were bound to catch her.

Her stomach growled. She was hungry. She did not want to eat dinner with him. So he'd said that if she didn't eat with him he didn't eat at all. She was regretting it a little bit now. She began hid sank to the floor and hid her face in her knees. soon quiet sobs of hunger and fear could be heard through the door to her room. Eventually, she cried herself to sleep. When she woke up the next morning she was starving.  She was too afraid to even consider eating dinner with him now.

Instead, she began humming very quietly to herself hoping to distract herself from thinking about food. It didn't work and soon she gave up. She began thinking of ways to escape. She had known that she wanted to escape now. She had to. The small spark of feelings she had felt for him was gone now. She understood he was a beast trough and trough. Suddenly an idea hit her. She rose from the ground and pulled the bedsheets of and began tying them together. When she was done she went to the window and opened it.

She looked around for something she could tie the robe to. She didn't see anything. instead, she turned around she tied it to one of the bed legs. she grabbed a coat from the closet before tying the other end of the rope around her waist. She went to the window again and carefully began crawling down the snow-covered roof. She was nearly at the bottom of the roof when her foot slipped. And she began sliding down the roof. She had to bite her lip to keep herself from screaming. The last thing she need was to alert anyone that she was trying to escape. Eventually, she gained a foothold again. When she got to the bottom of the roof, she took a deep breath, closed her eyes and jumped.
