Jonathan
It's the next day after school and Alice wasn't here today. And then the next day after that, she wasn't there.
Now it's the third day and I'm starting to get worried.
And that's when I see it.
The small piece of paper nailed to one of the telephone wire poles.
MISSING: Alice K. Fink
LAST SEEN: 11/28/82
IF FOUND, PLEASE CONTACT THIS NUMBER: 304-400-2061 OR THE POLICE.
The breath out of my lungs disappears.
My body goes cold.
I can't breathe.
"No!" I scream and punch the pole.
"She can't be gone." I whisper and lean my head against it.
I look at her black and white picture.
She looks unhappy.
That must've been in the beginning of the school year, when she still wore that green sweater.
She said it was her summer sweater because it was lighter than her others.
I rip the paper off of the pole and hold in in my hands.
"I'm going to find you, ok? I am." I say quietly to the paper and wipe my cheeks.
Damn straight your going to find her.

Alice
I know it's been at least a day since I was in the light. It's cold, dusty, and dark in this basement.
The man in the mask said he would bring me down some food, but it's been hours and he hasn't come.
The last thing I remember is I was in the park and a man came up to me and grabbed my arm, dragging me into a truck, and drove for about 10 minutes before going to a abandoned house and locked me in here.
I swear I saw Jonathan's car at the park.
God, Jonathan.
I miss him more than anyone right now.
All I want to see is his soft curly hair and face.
The way he smiles when I smile, or the way he holds me a little longer each time we hug.
I might not ever see him again.
You'll die down here. The man isn't coming back. You'll starve.
My heart snaps in half.
I will probably die down here, even if I don't starve, he will probably kill me anyways.
Or worse.
"Help me." I whisper into the darkness.
"Please."
