"Breathin"

Ariana's POV

It was now 10 p.m. The boys left home an hour ago and I was sitting on my bed thinking about today.

Everything was going perfect at the meeting but I had to ruin it. I mean I don't control my anxiety but I felt horrible that the boys had to see that.
I was so overwhelmed and I lost it. I felt so many emotions at one time. But I'm glad that they didn't get mad and that they were happy that I was fine.
And I'm so grateful for Zion. He really helped me. And now I know that he cares for me.

My thoughts were interrupted by my phone. I picked it up and saw that Zion was FaceTiming me.
I accepted the call and his gorgeous face popped up on my screen.

"Hi baby" I said giving him a smile
"Hello mamas, how are you feeling?" He asked me returning the smile
"I'm good. I just don't have that much energy" I said making him frown a little
"Are you sure you're ok? Do you want me to come over?" He asked me quickly
"No baby it's fine." I said reassuring him
"Ok baby but if anything happens you call me." He said with a serious face
"Thank you" I said shyly
He looked at me weirdly "For what baby?"
"For caring, for helping me and for being there" I said not looking at the camera
It was silence for a minute and I started to regret what I said
"Baby look at me please" I heard Zion
I looked at him and he was giving me a small smile
"Look. I will always care for you and I'll always help you with what I can. And I'll always be there for you no matter what. You thought that I'll stop caring, didn't you? Well guess what. I'm not going anywhere. And that's final" he said making me smile
"You are so sweet.oh my god" I said making him smile
"Just for you baby" he said and yawned right after
"Go to sleep baby"
"Only if you promise you will go to" he said sweetly
"I will" I smiled
"Good night my love, see you tomorrow " Zion said
"Good night baby boy" I said smiling

After that the line went dead. I stood still for a few seconds when lyrics started popping in my head. And this was because I thought about Zion's words "Just keep breathing"
I can legit make a whole song based off those words.
Oh god baby you are a genius.

I got up from the bed and ran into the studio to get my notebook and ran back upstairs because I wanna be comfy.
I got in my bed and though for a second before starting writing.

Some days, things just take way too much of my energy
I look up and the whole room's spinning
You take my cares away
I can so overcomplicate, people tell me to medicate

I stopped a thought about how my blood stars like running really fast in my body and how it feels like the sky is about to fall on me. Everything is so overwhelming and I can't think straight.

How do I know if this shit's fabricated?
Time goes by and I can't control my mind
Don't know what else to try, but you tell me every time

Then Zion's words came in my mind. He helped me control my breathing when I couldn't. I'm so thankful for this boy. I don't even know how I managed to do anything before him.
I smiled at the thought of him and started writing the choirs.

I stopped writing, again, and reached for my phone to see what time it is.
Damn it's already 2 a.m. I guess time flies when you are doing something that you like.
I opened my phone again and looked at my wallpaper and giggled at the picture.
It's a screenshot of Zion that I took when we were on FaceTime.

He's so adorable. He makes me so happy. I just have to look at him or at a picture of him and my day is 10 times better. I don't know why but he always reminds me that nothing is complicated and anything is possible. And that's true.
I looked one more time at the picture before starting writing.

And another song is done. Well almost I still have to make the melodic line and record it. But I'll do that after tomorrow.
Speaking of tomorrow...it's a big day.
I decided to get some sleep because I don't wanna be tired on such a big day.
I closed my eyes and sleep started taking over me.
