Vincent P.O.V 

I woke up early Friday morning and noticed the house was quiet . 

I went into the bathroom and to get myself together and my phone rang 

I jogged back into the room and answered it 

"Hello?"

"Vince it's Abdul"

"What's going on my brotha"

I sat the phone on the counter and put it on speaker so I could finish handling my business

"Did you ever meet up with Aubree? I told Ah'Kyah to keep her mouth shut"

"Yeah she came by about 9 months ago, and I explained everything to her. I gave her your number too"

"I wonder why she hasn't reached out to me?"

"She has a house full literally, I'll call her and give her your number again"

"Alright thanks"

We said our goodbye's and I hung up and called Bree

"Hello?"

"Hey, how are you?"

"Oh hey uncle Vince! I'm good... How are you?"

"I'm good... I spoke with your dad earlier... He wants to talk with you"

"Oh yeah.. It's been busy around here lately. I forgot! I'll call him now"

"Alright sweetheart."

"Thank you for calling me!"

"It's no problem.. I hope everything goes well"

We said our goodbye's and I dialed the number walking out onto the patio

"Hello"

"Hi um, can I speak with Abdul?"

"This is Abdul.."

My words got caught in my throat

"Um hey, this is Aubree"

"Aubree.... How are you?"

"I'm good... How are you?"

"I'm happy to hear from you.."

"There's so much we need to catch up on.."

"Yeah, how about we meet in person?" He said

I bit my lip and thought about it

"Yeah.. the Starbucks in that Kroger on Middlebelt in 30?"

"Yeah that works... See you then"

I hung up the phone and walked back inside the house

"I just talked to my dad... We're meeting up at Starbucks.. You coming?"

"Yeah"

I went up the stairs before changing into a white off the shoulder shirt and some maternity shorts with my slides

I took my hair from the knot bun it was in and let it hang down to my shoulders.

I sat at my vanity fixing it a little when Brayden came into the room and went into the closet

He came out with a white Polo tee light wash shorts and some cocaine Forces

I bit my lip just thinking about him in that outfit
